Call for Board Selection Panel nominations

The Institute will soon hold elections to fill two upcoming vacancies on the Board Selection Panel (BSP) in the Government and Major Industry categories.

The two members due to retire on 31 December 2012 are Mr Drew Clarke (representing Government Members) and Mr David White (representing Major Industry Members). The Company’s Constitution allows members of the BSP to serve a second term, and both Mr Clarke and Mr White have advised they are available to do so.

Members in the Government and Major Industry categories can click here to access the ‘Call for Nominations’ forms. The closing date for nominations is 20 July 2012.

Elections will be held electronically during August and September, with results announced at the Institute’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Calgary in October 2012.
