£13 million is being invested in carbon capture and storage research that is being coordinated from the University. The UK Carbon Capture and Storage Research Centre (UKCCSRC) will oversee a programme of studies on all aspects of carbon capture and storage. The virtual hub will bring together leading researchers from across the UK and act as an interface for government, industry and international collaboration.
