Foundation Members
As per the Constitution, the Board will accept formal applications for legal Membership made by Foundation Members and Collaborating Participants within the first 18 months (or until December 2010) of the Company being registered.
Foundation Members who apply after December 2010 to become legal Members will be considered new applicants for Membership, and will need to satisfy the same criteria for legal Membership that is applied to Non-Foundation Members.
Foundation Members can apply for legal Membership of the Global CCS Institute by completing and submitting the relevant form:
- Application for Membership to the Global CCS Institute (General); or
- Application for Membership to the Global CCS Institute (Australian Company) if you are a company registered under the Australian Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

Government, corporation or organisations not on this list of - Foundation Members and Collaborating Partners - must apply for legal membership as a Non-Foundation Member. Please note that the opportunity to become Foundation Members of the Global CCS Institute ended on 30 June 2009.
