The European CCS Project Network held a preparatory meeting on 2-3 December 2009 at the DNV Center in Oslo-Høvik, Norway. The meeting discussed the membership basis (Qualification Criteria and Knowledge Sharing Protocol), international co-operation and provided input to the Network agenda for 2010 onwards. Over sixty people representing twenty projects from across Europe were joined by representatives of the European Commission, DNV, ZEP, IEA GHG and GCCSI.
