CCS Talks: What are the drivers of current CCS project development?

26th June 2020

On June 4, The Global CCS Institute added 10 CCS facilities to its global CCS facility database, bringing the total number of CCS facilities in various stages of development to 59 with a capture capacity of more than 127 million tonnes per annum (mtpa). Combined with the newly operational Alberta Carbon Trunk Line there are now 21 facilities in operation, three under construction, and 35 in various stages of development.

This webinar will give insights into the projects and the trends driving CCS development. This webinar will cover the "5W's":
-Where are these projects are located?
-Who is sponsoring them?
-What type of capture and storage projects are they?
-When will they be deployed?
-And, most importantly, why are they happening now?

CCS experts and project proponents will discuss these topics as well as share their passion for CCS and examine what the CCS community needs to do to continue these exciting growth trends.

If you are unable to attend the live Webinar, please register to receive an email with the recording after the event.
