世界のCCSの動向：2014 サマリーレポート

当インスティテュートは、「世界のCCSの動向2014」において、55件の大規模統合プロジェクトを確認した。現在13件のプロジェクトが「操業」中であり、2012年の12件から1件増加している。この増えた1件は、本年10月に操業開始となったカナダBoundary Damプロジェクトであるが、この開始はCCSにとってまさしく転換点といえよう。今後、2015年と2016年には、2件の大規模CCSプロジェクト（Kemper County、Petra Novaの各プロジェクト）が操業を開始する。さらに初の鉄鋼分野における大規模プロジェクトであるUAEのAbu Dhabiプロジェクトも建設中である。これら4件を含め、現状全部で22件の大規模CCSプロジェクトが操業ないし建設の段階にあるが、この件数は10年前の2倍となっている。
