This report summaries two capacity-building workshops on Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) were held: in Hanoi, Viet Nam, in December 2011, and in Mexico City, Mexico, in June 2012, as part of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation’s (APEC) ongoing series of CCS capacity building workshops in developing APEC economies.
