Canaan joined the Institute in 2011 and leads the People and Culture function for the Institute globally. Canaan has an accomplished background as a HR generalist incorporating culture and engagement, change management, resource management, performance management, learning and development, remuneration and benefits, and organisation design.
Canaan is a qualified coach, holds an MBA from the University of Canberra and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from the University of Tennessee. Canaan is also a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, International Coaching Federation, and Strengthscope accredited practitioner.
