Jessica joined the Institute in March 2026 as a Senior Regional Manager supporting the Americas region. Based in Austin, Texas, she works within the Strategic Advocacy, Growth, and Engagement team and is responsible for developing strategic growth BDE initiatives, working directly with existing Members, and driving sustained growth for the Institute.
She has 15 years of experience that sits at the intersection of geosciences, business development, low-carbon technology, commercial strategy, new product R&D, oil and gas operations, and environmental remediation.
Jessica’s work with the CCS industry started in 2011 with the US Geological Survey assessing geological CO2 storage capacity in the southeastern United States. She subsequently designed and implemented the go-to-market strategy for CCS at a Fortune 150 global product company, helped secure millions of dollars of investment in CCS-related products, and has provided industry thought leadership since 2019.
Jessica holds a B.S. in Geology and a B.A. in Physical Anthropology from Georgia State University and an M.S. in Inorganic Geochemistry from the same institute.
