At the Global CCS Institute, Millicent is the PLR Lead (Research), working within the Global Research and Analysis team and is based in the UK. Prior to joining the Institute, Millicent’s academic career focused on the interplay between science, policy, and legislation for successfully decarbonising heavy industry with CCS (and hydrogen) technology, with a particular specialism in decarbonising the cement and aviation sectors.
Millicent holds an MA in Environmental Geography and International Relations from the University of St Andrews, and an MSc in Environmental Change and Management from University of Oxford.
