Nabeela is the PLR Lead (Legal and Regulatory) at the Institute and is based in Melbourne. She provides research and analysis support to the broader Commercial team for various knowledge outputs such as reports, publications and the CCS intelligence database of the Institute.
Nabeela is an experienced researcher who, before joining the Institute, has worked in government and not-for-profit organisations in research roles relating to various public policy and advocacy issues in Australia and Sri Lanka. Nabeela holds an undergraduate degree in Law from the University of Colombo and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from the University of London.
