Wiem Hathroubi is the Memberships & Operations Manager at the Global CCS Institute. She joined the Institute in June 2024 and contributes to driving membership engagement and operational delivery globally within the Strategic Advocacy, Growth & Engagement team. In her role, Wiem manages membership lifecycle processes, supports advocacy and business development initiatives, and enhances operational efficiency through collaboration and process optimisation.
Before joining the Institute, Wiem gained extensive expertise in the financial services sector, including roles in investment banking and at CFA Institute, where she served as Associate Manager, Partnerships and Client Solutions. With over a decade of experience in operations, partnerships, and stakeholder management, she brings expertise in organizational efficiency, relationship management, and process improvement.
Wiem holds an MBA in Finance from York St John University, a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion de Tunis, and is Six Sigma Master Black Belt–certified.
