CCUS R&D Compendium – MEA Region | Submissions Now Open

The Global CCS Institute is now inviting submissions for its upcoming CCUS R&D Compendium – MEA Region.

Open to Middle East and Africa-based experts that are part of academic institutions and public sector research organisations, the R&D compendium will highlight submissions that feature:

• CO₂ capture technologies (absorption, adsorption, membranes, cryogenic, etc.)
• CO₂ storage and utilisation pathways
• Cross-cutting themes such as monitoring, digitalisation, and policy-oriented research
• CO₂ utilisation projects could be included given that they have a direct contribution into the parament avoidance of CO₂ emissions

The R&D compendium is seeking submissions which reflect a technology readiness level ranging from 1-5. If this aligns with the work you are leading within your organisation, we encourage you to submit your interest below.

The submission window closes on 29 May 2026.
