The strength of the Institute’s regional advocacy lies in our unique combination of global reach and local relevance. Our regional teams combine in-depth technical expertise, with close engagement with policy-makers, industry and the public. Operating across all major CCS regions, we serve as trusted advisors, helping to support the entire CCS value chain, and supporting countries and stakeholders at different stages of CCS maturity with an approach tailored to local policy, economic, and infrastructure contexts.
We convene governments, industry, and financial stakeholders to discuss and align on priorities across the CCS value chain. Alongside, we also track and analyse CCS projects in each region, providing real-world evidence to inform advocacy and offer policy insights. This helps ensure advocacy is practical and implementation-focused, not just theoretical.
This integration of global knowledge, local stakeholder coordination, and practical expertise enables us to effectively accelerate CCS deployment across diverse regional settings, taking local considerations into account, but with a coordinated global approach.
