Andrea joined the Global CCS Institute in July 2026, bringing more than 30 years of senior operational experience across the UK public sector, global corporate organisations, and international education.

Throughout her career, Andrea has held a range of operational leadership roles, including Business Support Manager for the Armed Forces Recruiting Service within the Ministry of Defence, Global Training Executive at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, and Medical Records Manager and Mental Health Administration Manager within the NHS.

Andrea has extensive expertise in operations management, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and the delivery of high-quality business support services. She is recognised for bringing structure to complex processes, building trusted relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, and driving operational excellence. Andrea holds a Lean Yellow Belt and TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Lean Organisation Management Techniques and is committed to applying Lean principles to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, eliminate waste, and create sustainable value for colleagues, members, and stakeholders.
