Locations: London

Luc joined the Institute in October 2025 as a Policy Analyst, supporting the commercial Europe team with research and analysis to help deliver quality membership services and insightful knowledge outputs.

Prior to joining the Institute, Luc graduated with an MSc in Economics and Policy of Energy and the Environment, with distinction, at UCL. His thesis explored the barriers to CO2 non-pipeline transport deployment in the UK. He also holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Brighton.
