Bianca joined the Institute in November 2022 and is the People and Culture Consultant based in Melbourne. In her role she is responsible for supporting the implementation of the People Strategy, working across culture and engagement, learning and development, health and safety, employee benefits, operations, and leadership enablement.
Bringing over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, Bianca is skilled in overseeing HR operations, driving change initiatives, leadership coaching, employee engagement, performance enhancement and recruitment. Previously working within education, local government, and non-profit industries, she is excited to contribute to an organisation with purpose that makes a global impact.
Bianca holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Social Science from Swinburne University. As a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), she is currently a HR mentor and is an accredited Strengthscope® Practitioner.
