Callum is a Policy and Research Consultant at the Institute and is based in London. He provides research and analysis support to the broader Knowledge and Analysis team for various outputs such as reports, publications, and the CCS intelligence database of the Institute.

Callum has extensive experience working in economic consultancy and data analytics, where he has worked with various public sector stakeholders on tackling economic challenges and advancing net zero policy within the UK. Callum holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and a master’s degree in Economic Development and Policy Analysis, both from the University of Nottingham.
