Gaurav joined the Global CCS Institute in March 2023 and is the Business Operations Administration Manager/Chief of Staff for UK and Belgium. Providing administrative support to his colleagues.
Gaurav is an administrative professional who specializes in strategies harmonizing processes, people and technology to take companies to the next level in growth and profitability. His 14+ years career extends across business strategies, organizational development, operations and helping corporates achieve KPI’s by driving lean initiatives, processes improvements and management changes.
Prior to joining the institute, Gaurav held office administration manager roles in diverse industries at global companies that included a Japanese banking & financial institution (Sumitomo Mitsui Group), an American food giant (Archer Daniels Midland) and British international engineering & construction firm (Laing O’Rourke) respectively. He has been instrumental in supporting the Management executive team members from the start-up phase till the streamlining of administrative operations. His innovative strategies developed in collaboration with corporate executives have ushered corporations into the digital age, accelerated processes, strengthened regulatory compliance and much more.
Recently, he has been accredited for outstanding contributions in setting up new branch & site offices and enhanced physical security PAN India for both Sumitomo Mitsui Group and Archer Daniels Midland respectively.
Gaurav has a Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University and has an MBA in Human Resources Management. He has also completed his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
