People and Culture Coordinator

Team: Business Operations
Location: Australia

Jessica is the Institute’s People and Culture Coordinator, assisting the People and Culture team. Jessica currently provides support to employee life-cycle activities, HR related administration tasks and furthers the implementation and delivery of People Strategy.

She previously had experience as a Logistics/Administration Assistant at Legro AUS and a People Officer Intern at Peninsula Health hospital. During her studies, Jessica participated in an International Business study tour in Vietnam, where climate change was one of the main focuses.

Jessica holds a Monash University degree in Bachelor of Business, where she majored in Human Resource Management, and minored in Business Management and Business Law.
