People and Culture Coordinator

Jessica is the Institute’s People and Culture Coordinator, assisting the People and Culture team. Jessica currently provides support to employee life-cycle activities, HR related administration tasks and furthers the implementation and delivery of People Strategy.

She previously had experience as a Logistics/Administration Assistant at Legro AUS and a People Officer Intern at Peninsula Health. During her studies, Jessica participated in an International Business study tour in Vietnam, where climate change was one of the main focuses.

Jessica holds a Monash University degree in Bachelor of Business, where Jessica majored in Human Resource Management, and minored in Business Management and Business Law.
