Viridiana is our People and Culture Advisor and joined the Institute in November 2021. Viridiana provides HR support to staff globally and assists with the implementation and delivery of the People Strategy, employee life cycle processes, such as recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, and HR compliance.
Viridiana holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from RMIT University and is fluent in Spanish and English.
