Wiem Hathroubi is the Business Operations Administrator for the MEA region at Global CCS Institute. She has been in this role since June 2024. In this position, she oversees the daily administrative operations, manages resources effectively, supports the Global Administration and Finance team, and fosters a culture of excellence within the team.
Prior to joining the Institute, Wiem served as Associate manager, partnerships, and client solutions at CFA Institute. Moreover, she brings over 10 years of experience in office management and administration, primarily in the financial industry. This experience has equipped her with strong skills in operational efficiency, project management, and ensuring customer service excellence.
Wiem holds an MBA with a major in finance from York St John University as well as a bachelor's degree in management from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion de Tunis.
