Xavier joined the Institute in November 2023 as our Services Delivery Manager with the prime task of establishing and driving the Project Management Office (PMO). Xavier is based in Melbourne.
Xavier is responsible for establishing our PMO with a strong focus on Customer Experience across all our Services. A highly accomplished leader with 20+ years of Professional Services experience in service delivery, service engagement, project/programme management, operations as well as business management within large enterprise organisations.
Xavier holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and is also a member of the PMO Global Institute.
