Guohua Jinjie Energy, a subsidy of China Energy Investment Corporation, officially announced an investment of RMB 151.47 million for the 150,000 tonnes per annum full chain CCS plant retrofitting to Guohua Jinjie coal fired subcritical power plant (slipstream) in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province.
Capture CO2 will be injected to the existing CO2 injection site from Ordos project in Chenjiacun field in Inner Mongolia for dedicated geological storage.
