ギャップを埋める：CO2-EOR とCO2-CCS に関する法規制の分析と比較

今日、石油増進回収（EOR）でのCO2の圧入とそれに付随する大量のCO2の地層への貯留を中心としたものと、主にCO2の大気中への排出を削減することが目的のCO2回収貯留（CCS）の圧入と貯留を中心としたものの間には、どこか類似した文化的及び知識上のギャップが見られる。しかしながら、CCS技術の幅広い導入を推進するための長期戦略の一環として、回収された人為起源のCO2の供給を実益のあるEOR操業へと統合するポテンシャルを評価する際には、この知識とコミュニケーションのギャップを埋めることは特に重要である。
